I love this quote. Being true to ourselves -- being first on our own list -- doesn't translate as selfish; it just makes sense. Our philosophy should be that the stronger, healthier, better rested and happier we are, the more we can pay it forward to everyone else.
As summer approaches, we will undoubtedly be adjusting the thermostats in our homes, cars, and offices. Why not find a few things that will help you set the thermostat of your life, too?
